Monna Caterina extra virgin olive oil is a superior category 100% Italian olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. The processing takes place at low temperatures (never exceeding 27 °C) so that the heat does not cause any type of alteration in the oil. The olives used are grown and pressed in Vinci (Italy) a few hours after being harvested, so as to obtain a product with organoleptic characteristics of the highest quality. The characteristics of the soils and Cultivars gives this oil an elegant fragrance. Tin size 0,75 Lt.
